Vinnytsia situational update for January 25

Russia attacked the Vinnytsia region with Geran 2 drones, with strikes recorded by OSINTers at the Ladyzyn Thermal Power Plant in the city of Ladyzhyn, and at the Vinyytska 750kV electrical substation to the southeast of Vinnytsia City, as videos published showed strikes on the plant.
