Damage was caused to a multi-story residential building in the Belogorodskaya community of the region, reported the OVA, noting that a fire broke out on the roof of the upper floor and roof, causing residents to be evacuated.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko stated that as of 7am, a fire had been extinguished after the fall of drone debris onto the roof of a two-story non-residential building in the Holosiivskyi district, while another drone fell in an open area, causing damage to the roadway, as well as the windows and roof of a 17-story residential building due to the blast wave, but no casualties were reported.
737 residential buildings in the capital were still without heat, noted Kitschko, stating that the vast majority were in Troyeschina, while some were in the other districts, but communal services and energy companies were working around the clock to repair the critical infrastructure that was damaged in order to restore the heat to the residents.
More than 1,000 utility workers were working to resolve the situation in Kyiv, with assistance arriving from Lviv, Poltava, Chernihiv, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Odessa, Rivne, Kropivnitsky, and the Kyiv region, as well as other cities and teams from Ukrzaliznytsia, added Klitschko.
