Three Russian drones attacked a school in one of the villages of the Putivl community last night, according to the local authorities.
“A fire broke out, the school was destroyed, and windows were damaged on nearby residential buildings,” wrote the Head of the Community Konstantin Gavrilchuk on Facebook, without reporting any casualties.
Sumy Police stated that a total of 7 people were injured in the region across the course of the day, which included a 59-year-old woman and her 8 and 11-year-old grandchildren when an unmanned aerial vehicle struck their home.
Drones also injured a 36-year-old man in the Sadivska community, a 48-year-old woman in the Oktyrska community which also damaged a house, as well as a 52-year-old man in the Znob-Novgorodska community, and a 60-year-old woman in the Esmanska community, while damage was recorded to 10 private houses and multiple cars by the Main Directorate of the National Police.
