Ryazan Refinery Targeted Again By Ukraine

An enterprise caught fire following a drone attack in the Ryazan region, reported the Governor, while local residents took to social media claiming that the Ryazan oil refinery was once again under attack.

The head of the Region took to local media informing residents that air defence and electronic warfare means destroyed drones over the territory of the Ryazan region, but due to falling debris, a fire broke out on the territory of an enterprise.

According to initial information, there weren’t any casualties, as material damages were being assessed, while emergency services continued to work on the sites at fallen debris throughout several districts of Ryazan.

During the day the governor promised that work would be carried out to remove any debris, and if residents find any unexploded devices they should immediately contact the emergency services.

The last time Ryazan was attacked was on the night of November 15, and this was the 8th attack on the refinery since the beginning of 2025, which has potentially caused refining issues and processing capabilities.
