Krasnodar Krai Suffered Damage Following Ukrainian Attacks

More than 20 explosions rocked the city of Slavyansk in Kuban last night when Ukrainian drones struck a brick factory, but there was also damage caused to private properties as a a result of debris and air defences.

Smoke was still rising on the morning of November 21 on the territory of the brick factory, while all emergency services were involved in dealing with the consequences.

Two local residents were hospitalised with injuries and were receiving all necessary care from medical staff, while damage to 7 houses included windows, roofs and doors, as emergency services worked on site, and municipal administration assisted residents in property restorations.

Fragments of a UAV also damaged two private houses in the Krasnoarmeysky district, where the falling debris damaged the Trudobelikovsky farmstead, windows, and doors in one of the households, and the windows and canopy of the second, but in both cases there were no casualties.

Debris from drones also damaged another private house and a pumping station building in the Krasnoarmeysky district, which didn’t result in any casualties, while in the village of Trudobelikovsky, a blast wave from a fallen drone damaged the windows of a private house, increasing the total number of properties damaged in the village to three, and UAV debris was also found on one of the nearby streets that hadn’t resulted in damage.

Damage was caused to the windows of an agricultural pumping station in the area of Poltavskaya station, but the equipment wasn’t affected.

Classes were canceled in kindergartens, schools, and additional educational institutions in the Slavyansky district this morning, reported the head of the municipality Roman Sinyagovsky, who also recommended cancelling classes in secondary and higher vocational educational institutions too.

During the night there were 4 drones shot down over the territory of Krasnodar Krai, while another five were taken down on approach through the Black Sea, and another five drones were taken down over Krasnodar Krai between just 8am and 9am this morning.

Fragments of one UAV damaged a brick factory in Slavyansk-na-Kubani, resulting in two factory workers receiving minor injuries and were given necessary assistance on site without hospitalisation, while operational and special services were working on the factory premises.
