Russian Regional Recap and Damage Report up to 9am on November 2nd:

Several regions of Russia were targeted overnight, but damage reports were limited as usual, because information is only provided when residents have sent evidence of attacks in most cases.

During the night, Russian Armed Forces continued to strike Ukrainian port infrastructure facilities which are allegedly used for the benefit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as naval vessels claimed to be involved in the transportation of military cargo, using unmanned aerial vehicles.

The Ministry of Defence reported that targets had included a shelter and storage site for Neptune anti-ship missile complexes in the village of Tuzly, Odesa, as well as a ‘dry cargo’ type vessel, which was struck 58km south of Odesa, allegedly delivering dual-use cargo intended for the UAF.

Russian Defence Forces reportedly intercepted 212 Ukrainian UAVs over Russia and annexed Crimea, including the territories of Bryansk, Belgorod, Kursk, Kaluga, Tula, Voronezh, Pskov, Oryol, Lipetsk, Saratov, Samara, Ryazan, Tambov, Rostov, Moscow, Krasnodar, Crimea, and over the waters of the Azov and Black Seas.

Footage was released by the Ministry of Defence and published by TASS, showing Geran drones striking an alleged ammunition depot, a logistics centre claimed to be transporting military supplies, and an electric locomotive on one of the railway stations.

During the past 24 hours, Russian air defences intercepted 658 Ukrainian drones, while Ukraine lost approximately 925 servicemen in all areas, and Russian forces struck UAV assembly plants and storage sites belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Belgorod: The facade of an apartment building was damaged during the fall of drone debris in Stary Oskol, according to the operational headquarters of the Belgorod region, adding that no one sought medical attention.

Damage was caused to two cars in the village of Stepnoye in the Gubkinsky District by Ukrainian drones, along with two private houses and an energy infrastructure facility in the Korchansky District, an outbuilding in Chernyanka in the Chernyansky District.

The debris from downed drones damaged a private house in Shebekino, and a house and car were destroyed in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, in the Shbekinsky district.

Samara: A fire reportedly broke out at the ‘Samara’ linear production and dispatch station in the village of Prosvet after Ukrainian drone strikes, according to OSINT sources.

The station is a key oil infrastructure facility, because it receives, stores, and transports oil, reportedly one of the largest tank farms in Europe.

Voronezh: The regional governor reported that 20 drones were intercepted over the city and eight districts of the region, but did not report any casualties as a result of the falling debris, or any damage.
