During the previous day, the Ukrainian forces reportedly struck a Russian command post and three Russian UAV command posts.

According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Russia used 134 drones, 72 of which were jet-powered, stating that 105 drones were neutralised, but impacts were recorded in 20 locations, and debris fell at another 10 locations.

Three people were injured as a result of attacks on the Nizhyn district, according to the State Emergency Services, which included a 71-year-old woman, and men aged 23 & 48, adding that nine garages and an outbuilding caught fire, which were quickly extinguished.

Dnipropetrovsk

Mayor Boris Filatov reported that at least five apartment buildings and a school were damaged in a morning attack on Dnipro on October 30th, shattering more than 300 windows, as residents were helped to deal with the consequences from local charitable organisations.

Russia struck the same railway station today as was struck yesterday, this time with several drones, causing a fire to break out at the scene, while an injured woman was taken to hospital, reported Head of the Regional State Administration Oleksandr Ganzha.

Ukrzaliznytsia also commented on the attack, stating several new strikes were carried out by the Russian forces, but an evacuation had been announced in advance which everyone had adhered to.

The rail company added that areas for extended stays had been set up for passenger safety in the underground sections of Dnipro railway station, and urged all people to remain in shelters until the air raid alerts end.

Emergency power outages were reported within 15 minutes of the strikes in the Dniproprovsky district, according to DTEK, who said that energy workers had been working for the second day, but had not yet been able to restore the supply, while repeat attacks on the facilities have exacerbated repair work.

DTEK showed damage to one of the energy facilities in the region, where a fire broke out after a strike on October 30th, causing damage to the power network and the equipment in the main grids of Ukrenergo.

Services continued their work, noting that priorities included restoring critical infrastructure, including water supply systems, as well as electricity to the homes of Dnipro.

A person was killed and a 60-year-old man was hospitalised in a moderate condition following strikes on the Nikopol district over the course of the day, reported Ganzha, adding that damage was caused to private homes, a retail kiosk, and farm machinery.

Warehouses were struck and a fire broke out in the Synelnykove district, while infrastructure was damaged in the Kamianske district, Ghanza added.

Russia continued their large-scale attack on Dnipropetrovsk overnight, with explosions heard in several districts of Dnipro, along with Kamianske, Pavlohrad, and Synelnykove, and the towns of Slobozhanske and Oleksandrivka.

The primary target appeared to be energy and railway infrastructure, including a road bridge in the town of Slobozhanske, and widespread power outages occurred across Dnipro and the region as a result of the attacks, which likely targeted substations alongside the railway.

A Russian Geran-4 drone struck what appeared to be a combine harvester on the northern outskirts of Dnipro, according to intel specialists, who added that it was unclear if this was a targeted attack or caused by falling debris.

Footage posted from residents waking up in Synelynykove this morning showed smoke rising following a series of Geran-4 drone strikes overnight, as Head of the Military Administration Mykola Lukaschuk reported that an 18-year-old man was hospitalised in a moderate condition following a strike on the Petropavlivska community.

Infrastructure was damaged in the communities of Vinohirsk, Bozhdarivska, and Kamianske, along with a private residence in Pavlohra, while fires broke out in the communities of Petrykivska, Slobozhanska, and Tsarychnska, where one person was reportedly killed, Lukashuk stated.

DTEK confirmed that Russia had struck two energy infrastructure facilities in Dnipro on the night of October 31st, seriously damaging the equipment, and one of the facilities is the power station that the engineers had been working for two days to restore, while the other is believed to be near the railway, which has been targeted three times.

A significant portion of Dnipro, Kamianske, as well as residents of Dniprovskyi and Samara districts, were still without electricity, but energy workers are still trying and doing their best to restore connections as soon as possible under constant threats of repeated strikes, while Ganzha confirmed more than 200,000 residents were currently without power.

During the evening, a drone struck the premises of a private property in the Khorol community of the Lubny district, partially destroying the house and causing a fire to break out, while also damaging adjacent buildings, but all emergency services worked the scene to deal with the consequences, and did not report any injuries.
