Today a local resident in the village of Kostoboriv suffered shrapnel wounds to the legs following a strike with a Russian FPV drone, according to reports from Governor Viacheslav Chaus.
Meanwhile, Russia is looking to create a “sanitary zone” in both Chernihiv and Sumy regions, according to reports from the GUR representative Vadym Skibitsky, adding that the massive strikes on the regions were related to Russia’s intent to destroy infrastructure and force the civilian population to leave these territories.
According to Skibitsky, Russia changed its tactics and now doesn’t target all of Ukraine, but deliberately destroys facilities in certain regions.
