Power Outages In Rylsk After Substation Attack

Earlier tonight the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched drones towards the Kursk region of Russia, successfully impacting in the region of an energy facility at least twice, according to eyewitness videos posted to both ExileNova and Crimean Wind.

More than 16,000 subscribers in Rylsk, as well as Glushkovsky and Korenevsky districts, both powered by the Rylsk substation, were affected by the power outage, wrote TASS.

Hinshtein said that energy workers would begin to eliminate the consequences of the attack the moment it was safe to do so, adding that the strikes on the infrastructure was an attempt to sow panic and harm the local people.
