Foreign Minister Sa’ar addresses around 30 attacks on Israel worldwide

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar claimed that over the past two and a half years, around thirty attacks and attempted attacks had been carried out on embassies and diplomats around the world.

“The Iranian terrorist regime has tried and is trying to harm Israel and its representatives around the world as it spreads terror and chaos all over the world,” Sa’ar said, adding that in the Emirates, the Iranian regime made two attempts to harm Israeli people, once through an explosive device and another through a different terror cell.

In just the past few weeks, Sa’ar said there had been an attack near the mission in Turkey and a threat to the embassy in London, UK, noting that the wave of attacks and attempted attacks constituted another escalation in the campaign being waged against Israel.

“It is worth noting that there is no similar phenomenon on this scale in relation to any other conflict or war that is taking place in the world between countries,” he concluded.
