According to the UK Ministry of Defence’s announcement yesterday, the RAF F-35B jets intercepted and destroyed a drone over Jordanian airspace while defending Jordan, marking the RAF’s first operational air-to-air kill with the F-35.

The MoD added that a British counter-drone unit shot down drones in Iraqi airspace aimed at Coalition forces and that an RAF Typhoon destroyed an Iranian one-way attack drone heading toward Qatar.
