Motamadian, the Governor of Tehran, has said in a TV interview that US/Israeli airstrikes hit oil depots at several points in the Tehran province, but there is no problem in fuel supply and the shortages are temporary.
“These attacks have caused problems in the fuel supply process, the Minister of Oil has been managing the crisis around the clock since last night – resolving the issues will take 2 to 3 days, so we ask people to avoid unnecessary travel, and if possible, do not go to fuel stations and save fuel consumption.
“Also, Tehran Municipality is providing metro and bus services until midnight and 24 hours during the nights of Qadr to facilitate public transportation,” the Governor said.
