Vinnytsia region came under a massive attack which resulted in damage to civilian and critical infrastructure, residential buildings and vehicles, reported First Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration Natalia Zabolotna, adding that four adults had mild to moderate injuries, and a child aged 7 was in a serious condition.

Fires were still being extinguished this morning, while teams were working to restore the electricity supply to the region, but Ladyzhyn City Council Secretary Oleksandr Kolomiiets reported interruptions with heat, electricity and water following the Russian attack.

Kolomiiets noted that the TEB commission was held, with all relevant services receiving instructions to take measures to eliminate the consequences of the emergency in the city, and the launch of inter-building water supply columns were being ensured and the delivery of technical water was being organised, as well as an heating system prepared for launch, adding that the power supply would be restored following the all-clear.

Russian sources reported that at least 3 cruise missiles hit Ladyzhyn, and the thermal power plant suffered damage as a result of the strikes.
