Russian strikes injured a 57-year-old man in the village of Zatishshie in the Kharkiv district, while a 53-year-old woman was injured in the Borivske village of the Kupiansk district, reported Head of the Regional State administration Oleg Sinegubov.
Strikes damaged the region’s infrastructure along with a car in both Grushivtsi and in Sobolivtsi in the Kupiansk region, while a house was damaged in the Vilshany village of the Kharkiv district, and two cars were damaged in Maksymivtsi and Zolochiv in the Bogodukhiv district.
Russia struck the village of Tsapivka around 2am with a Geran-2 drone, which hit the ground in the village, according to the Head of the Zolochiv Community Viktor Kovaleno, noting that damage was caused to a residential building and power grids, but no information about casualties.
Two private houses were damaged in the Shelyudkivtsi and Mykolaivtsi in the Chuhuiv region, along with another two in Osol in the Izium region, and infrastructure was damaged at an agricultural firm in Lozova, reported the Regional State Administration.
Rescuers were called to five fires caused by Russian attacks during yesterday, reported the State Emergency Services, noting that the largest fire was as a result of a drone strike in the Kharkiv district’s Hlodnogirsk.
An administrative building also caught fire in the Chuihuiv region, along with two private houses and an outbuilding in Mykolaivtsi, and a warehouse building and nearby car caught fire in the Shevchenkove village of the Kupiansk district.
Russia carried out a strike with a Geran-2 drone this morning, reported Kharkiv City Mayor Igor Terekhov, noting that the explosion occurred within the suburb, without any casualties or damage to housing stock.
This morning Terekhov reported that a drone strike was recorded in the Slobidsky district of the city, but there was no information about casualties, according to Oleg Sinegubov.
Russia also struck the Nemishiyansky district of Kharkiv with a drone causing damage to a private residential building, reported Mayor Terekhov, while Sinegubov noted that relevant services were attending the scene following a fire breaking out at a private house, with no information about casualties.
Regional Spokesperson of the State Emergency Services, Yevhen Vasileno, updated that the roof of a private house was partially damaged during the strike, but there was no fire that broke out.
Russia’s fifth drone strike of the day hit a shopping centre in the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv, reported Mayor Igor Terekhov, but the updated information from the Situation Center suggested the strike occurred in a multi-story building next to the shopping centre, reported Terekhov.
