Two people were injured due to Russian attacks on Donetsk in the past day, reported Head of the Regional State Administration Vadmin Filashkin, noting that the residents of Rai-Oleksandrivka were injured.

At least 15 areas of the temporarily occupied Luhansk region were flooded due to melting snow, with the most difficult situation being the Svatove community, where people of some villages are unable to leave, reported Head of the Regional State Administration Kharchenko.
