Combined Russian Attacks On Kharkiv Results In 6 Deaths, Multiple Injuries

Last night Russia launched a combined attack on the Balakliia community in Kharkiv, resulting in four people being killed, and 15 people, including four children, suffering various injuries, according to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

The strike caused three fires to break out in an apartment, an extension to a house, and nearby vehicles.

Two 70-year-old men and a 57-year-old man was killed, while three men aged 34, 61, 36 and 37, a 70-year-old woman, and girls aged 12, 14, 15 and 17 were injured during the attack.

A 14-year-old girl suffered an acute stress reaction due to Geran-2 drone attacks on Izium in the evening, along with a man aged 38, as the drones hit energy infrastructure that disconnected supply to the district except for the settlements of the Levkivskyi starostate, reported the Military-Civil Administration.

An attack on the village of Paniutyne in the Lozova community resulted in an injury to a 31-year-old woman, a 52-year-old woman was injured in the village of Starovirivka in the Shevchenkivka community, and a 70-year-old man was killed in the village of Velykyi Burluk, while a man aged 55 was injured in the Velykoburlutska community.

Russia used 2 Iskander-M missiles, 3 KABs, 3 FABs, 15 Geran-2 Drones, 3 Molniya-2 UAVs, 2 PFV drones and 2 undetermined drones, as well as shelling and heavy artillery, to attack the Kharkiv region over the past 24 hours.

A private house was damaged in the village of Kadnytsia, along with 2 outbuildings and a car in the village of Liutivka.

Two private houses, outbuildings and railway infrastructure was damaged in the village of Starovirkvka, while a private house and outbuildings were damaged in Hrushivka, and 13 private households along with outbuildings were damaged in the settlement of Velykyi Burluk in the Kupiansk District.

Power grids to the city of Izium were damaged, along with seven apartment buildings and 10 cars in the city of Balakliia, while a private house was damaged in the settlement of Slatyne, and railway infrastructure was damaged in the village of Lymanivka, as well as a private house in the village of Shevchenkove Pershe in the Chuhuiv district.
