Four populated areas of Kherson came under attack in the past 24 hours, reported Head of the Regional State Administration Alexander Prokudin, noting that Herson, Antonivka, Prydniprovsk and Sadove were all under fire.
Private and multi-story buildings, as well as educational and medical facilities, were damaged as a result of the attack, while one person was killed and six were injured as a result of the attack, reported the administration.
Kherson’s Pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Services continue their work in difficult and dangerous situations to clear the area of explosive hazards left over from combat explosion.
Since the start of the project, 68,949 explosive hazards had been identified and were being destroyed in accordance with procedures.
