Head of the Kupyansk Regional Administrative District Andriy Kanashevich reported earlier that a 26-year-old man was injured in a Russian FPV drone strike on the village of Spodobivka in the Shevchenkivsk community on the morning of January 23.
“On January 23, at around 05:55 in the village of Spodobivtsi, Shevchenkivsk community, a strike using an FPV drone took place, an infrastructure facility was damaged, a 26 year old man was injured, he was provided with medical assistance,” noted Kanashevich.
Kanashevich also stated that on January 23, a report was received about an FPV drone strike on Molodizhna Street in the village of Pristina in the Kupyansk District on January 7, which resulted in an injury to a woman, noting that the circumstances and details were being clarified.

Damage was caused to infrastructure by Russian FPV drones in the Borovske and Spodobivka villages of the Shevchenkivsk community on January 22, as well as an airstrike in Hrushivka, according to Kaneshivich, who stated that there were no casualties.
Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office had reported that Geran-2 drones struck in the Velyk Burluk community that resulted in injuries to a 49-year-old man.
City Mayor of Lozova Sergei Zelensky stated today that the community had been under attack since 11pm last night, with at least three hits recorded, noting that the Russians were attacking with drones, and due to the attack, critical infrastructure was operating on generators, while some settlements had issues with their water supply.
Two people were killed and three others suffered injuries of a varying degree following a Russian drone strike on a civilian car near the village of Prudianka in the Kharkiv region, leaving three people hospitalised, stated Head of the Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov.
According to the director of the Regional Emergency Medical Center Viktor Zabashta, the deceased were a man and a woman, while all three injured women were not in a critical condition, but Sinegubov noted later that the number of injured had risen to four women.
Head of the Dergachy Municipal Administration Vyacheslav Zadorenko confirmed that the attack was carried out around 1pm, the 65-year-old driver driver died at the scene, while four passengers were hospitalised in a Kharkiv hospital with shrapnel injuries, noting that the driver and passengers were residents of Makarovo in the Zolochiv community.
