According to the Chernihiv provider UltraNet, damage was caused to communication cables following a strike in the region, but the company assured that they were already working on restoring the service.
Over the past night a recorded hit on Chernihiv caused damage on a technical building of an enterprise, but the State Emergency Services quickly put out the fire that had resulted, and didn’t report any casualties at the scene.
Rescuers also attended a fire that broke out in the Koriukivka district because of a drone, quickly extinguishing the fire.
Damage was caused to an administrative building in the Novhorod-Siverskyi district, and during the fire being extinguished the rescuers found and evacuated a woman born in 1958 from the blaze.
Another fire also occurred in an outbuilding which could have been from another attack, and this was also extinguished by the SES, according to the Chernihiv City Council.
Yesterday the Russians also attacked the region with drones, resulting in one person injured and damage to four residential buildings, as rescuers helped medics transport the injured person to the ambulance.
