Two people died and seven others were wounded in the Donetsk region over the past day, as Russia attacked various districts with FPV drones, Molniya-2 UAVs, Smerch MLRS shells and aerial bombardments with glide bombs.
One civilian was killed, while an apartment and private houses were damaged, and two civilian cars were destroyed in Konstantinyvka.
A Russian FPV drone hit civilian pedestrians in the centre of Druzhkivka causing one person to die and another to be wounded, while later artillery strikes with SMERCH MLRS caused damage to an apartment building, several private houses and an enterprise.
Four people were wounded when a drone damaged a private house and an outbuilding in Raigorodok, while one person was injured in Brusivka, and another in the Kalenyky village of the Kramatorsk district.
Two Molniya-2 UAVs caused damage to two apartment buildings, a cafe, a shop, a kiosk and a civilian car in Sloviansk, while SMERCH MLRS caused damage to 11 private houses and critical infrastructure in Mykolaivka.
Drone attacks in Kramatorsk and Komyshuvakha damaged one private house in each community, while railway infrastructure was damaged in Privillia, and an administrative building was damaged in Shchurove.
Fighters of the Luhansk border detachment joined forces with adjacent units to repel a mechanized assault by the Russians on Volodymyrivka in the Donetsk Region, noting that the Russians tried to break through to the village in heavy rain, but the defence forces destroyed 14 units of equipment and around 50 Russian infantrymen.
