🔹 US President Donald Trump has attempted to conceal the weakness of the American Army through deception and ‘trust me bro’ quotes, and is said to be angry that officials are leaking information to the US media, who then go on to publish articles contradicting President Trump’s claims.
🔹 In Trump’s latest statements, repeating previous claims, Trump said the US possessed vast quantities of ammunition, especially specific types, and that large amounts of ammunition have been produced and shipped to the Middle East as needed.
🔹 Trump also stated that defence companies are building the largest number of factories and production facilities in the US to cope with demand for supplies.
🔹 President Trump once again expressed his anger towards those exposing weaknesses and failures, saying: “Those who leak treacherous statements are currently being pursued, and we will strive to impose lengthy prison sentences on them.”
🔹 trump also reportedly clashed with US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth at the weekend, during a meeting of senior government officials at Camp David, regarding the reduction of US military missile and ammunition reserves during the Iranian conflict.
🔹 According to source who spoke to the BBC and an official who spoke to the Washington Post, President Trump reportedly asked Hegseth for a detailed explanation of the significant reduction in US precision ammunition and long-range missile reserves, and expressed concern about the military readiness to continue the conflict.
🔹 The report came as CBS News, Reuters, and CNN, citing informed sources and US officials, stated that the United States had nearly exhausted its reserves of long-range precision missiles during the military operation, including the Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS), along with low stocks of Patriot and THADD air defences which have depleted at a rapid rate exceeding the production capacity of the US defence industry.
