Two killed and ten injured as Russia launched MLRS attack on Kherson yesterday

Russia has notably begun attacking transportation rather than energy in some regions, and Kherson was no different, according to reports from the Head of the OVA Prokudin.

One person was killed and five others were injured when a minibus was attacked in the Kherson region, a strike which completely destroyed one of the only modes of public transportation in the region.

Reports later suggested that the bus was on the roadway in the Central District of Kherson (Mykolaiv highway), confirming it was the driver that was killed, and five passengers that had been injured.

Yesterday morning at around 06:30, Russia fired artillery shells from a multiple rocket launcher system in the Dnipro district of Kherson.

Damage was caused to the territory of a medical facility as a result of a hit, while nearby apartments were damaged, windows were broken, the facade and roof of one house was damaged, and the fence was smashed, but there were no casualties, reported the HMVA.

Around lunchtime today, a car ran over a Petal-type mine, resulting in injuries to a family, including a 47-year-old man, a 34-year-old woman, and two girls aged 2 and 5 years.

All victims suffered concussions, explosive and closed head injuries, but medics were able to provide all relevant assistance at the scene.

According to the Director of the Water Company of Donbass Igor Novak, a Russian drone attacked a vehicle of the business as the workers were returning from repair work at a critical infrastructure facility, killing one worker and injuring two others.

OVA Prokudin stated this morning that a total of two people had been killed and 10 others injured over the course of the past day, while damage was caused to administrative buildings, a store, a gas pipeline, 14 multi-story buildings, five private houses, a route bus, a trolleybus, and cars, as Russia shelled 24 populated areas of the region.
