Russia has notably begun attacking transportation rather than energy in some regions, and Kherson was no different, according to reports from the Head of the OVA Prokudin.
One person was killed and five others were injured when a minibus was attacked in the Kherson region, a strike which completely destroyed one of the only modes of public transportation in the region.
Reports later suggested that the bus was on the roadway in the Central District of Kherson (Mykolaiv highway), confirming it was the driver that was killed, and five passengers that had been injured.
Yesterday morning at around 06:30, Russia fired artillery shells from a multiple rocket launcher system in the Dnipro district of Kherson.

OVA Prokudin stated this morning that a total of two people had been killed and 10 others injured over the course of the past day, while damage was caused to administrative buildings, a store, a gas pipeline, 14 multi-story buildings, five private houses, a route bus, a trolleybus, and cars, as Russia shelled 24 populated areas of the region.
