Missiles And Drones Rain Down On Kyiv Again

Not for the first time in the past six weeks, Russia launched a combined attack on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure and military positions, however last night’s was possibly the largest since the start of the invasion.

Rescuers responded to two calls in the Pechersk district of Kyiv this morning, putting out fires in four light trucks, while assessing the damage caused to the 2 buildings and car nearby, and the burning debris of a fallen drone had been extinguished before rescuers had arrived at the second scene.

Sky defenders took down drones in the Vyshhorod district, but the falling debris resulted in four people being wounded, while firefighters tackled blazes missile impact sites in Obukhiv and Bucha where infrastructure facilities had been targeted.

Private houses and nearby vehicles were also damaged as drones were taken down over the Boryspil district.

According to missile mappers and monitors, there were at least 3 Kalibrs, 2 Kinzhal’s and 2 Iskander-K’s that targeted sites in Bucha, as well as 2 Iskander-K’s targeting a site near Obukhiv, and an unknown target near Fastiv was hit by 3 Kinzhal missiles, while drones concentrated on Kyiv city and the Boryspil district, but some were taken down on route above other districts of the region.
