FPV Drones Target Ambulance As Missiles And Artillery Cause Multiple Casualties In Dnipropetrovsk

One person died and 8 others including two children were injured when Russia attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region last night, according to local authorities.

“Russia attacked the Mykolaiv community in the Synelnykove district with a missile and a drone – a 68-year-old woman died, eight more people were injured, including a 15-year-old boy who was being treated on an outpatient basis,” the report stated, adding that “a 5-year-old girl was admitted to hospital in a serious condition, as well as two adults.”

Damage was caused to a café-shop, a private house and a car due to fires, while 12 other houses suffered damage as a result of the blast waves.

Russia struck the Vasylkiv community with a FAB aerial bomb destroying several cars.

Other attacks with FPV drones, artillery and GRAD MLRS were used to attack the Nikopol area, with attacks hitting Nikopol, Marganets, and Pokrov communities, injuring three men aged 43, 51 and 52, all of who are to be treated at home, while damage was caused to an ambulance.

Medics were in the process of transporting a patient when their ambulance was struck with two FPV drones, injuring two paramedics and the driver, who were all diagnosed with barotrauma, but were back on duty and responding to calls this morning.

Russia struck infrastructure in the Pavlohrad district, most likely attempting to cause damage to transport routes towards the Pokrovsk area, reported the regional military administration.

Regional prosecutors were documenting the consequences of the attack as another war crime against the civilian population was committed by the Russian armed forces.

Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, criminal proceedings have been initiated on the facts of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
