Two people were killed and another was injured as a result of Russian strikes over the past 24 years, according to reports from the Chernihiv State Emergency Services.
The head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration noted that drones attacked the residential sector of the Nizhegorodsky district and a building of an agricultural cooperative in the Chernihiv district.
Damage was caused to five residential buildings in the Novgorod-Siverskyi community, reported the Head of the Novgorod-Siverskaya Regional Administrative District, Alexander Seliverstov on his Facebook page, noting there were no injuries.
Attacks in the Chernihiv and Nizhyn districts resulted in a grain storage hangar on fire, while five trucks and houses nearby were also damaged, reported Head of the Chernihiv Regional District Administration Vyacheslav Chaus.
Damage was caused to private houses in the village of the Nizhyn district as a result of a drone explosion, while the territory of an agricultural enterprise was attacked several times with Geran-2 drones, causing damage to a storage hangar and 5 nearby trucks.
An attack with FPV drones and Molniya-2 drones resulted in private homes and civilian infrastructure being damaged in the Novgorod-Siverski district this morning, reported Head of the RMA Seliverstov on Facebook, noting that the consequences were being clarified, but a civilian car was damaged as a result of the attacks, however no casualties were reported.
In total, 41 strikes and 70 explosions were recorded in the Chernihiv region in the past 24 hours, according to the reports by Vyacheslav Chaus.
