Russia struck the Industrial district of Kharkiv with FAB bombs last night, resulting in a fire breaking out, according to reports from the Kharkiv State Emergency Service, adding that the hit fell in an open area, and Russia also struck the Kyiv district of the city, according to Head of the OVA Oleg Synegubov.
Another FAB glide bomb struck the village of Tsyrkuny yesterday, reporting in one person being injured, according to Synegubov.
Yesterday the Russian army struck a civilian car with a drone in Pidlyman of the Borivska community, injuring a man, a woman and their son, according to reports from the Borivska village council, adding that the woman was currently in a serious condition in hospital.
Kharkiv state police noted that another drone hit the village of Pidlyman injuring a 66-year-old woman, as well as men aged 70, 51, and 45.
Around 8am yesterday, Russia also struck a car with an FPV drone in the Odnorobivka village of the Zolochiv community, but this time there weren’t no injuries, although the vehicle suffered some significant damage, reported the Head of the SVA Viktor Kovalenko.
Russia struck Borova around 14:30 with three guided bombs in the central part of the settlement, according to a report from the village council, but no casualties or damage was recorded.
What was presumed to be a Geran-2 drone struck a household in the Skosohorivka village of the Bohudukhiv community, reported the press service of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office.
Russian strikes in the Lozova district left 800 subscribers in the Blyzniuky community and 3,000 consumers in the Lozova community without electricity this morning, according to head of the OVA Oleh Syniehubov, adding that restoration work was currently ongoing.
Around lunchtime, an update from the OVA stated that 258 apartment buildings had heating in Kharkiv, noting that the season started on October 28 with hospitals, schools and kindergartens receiving priority treatment, and now heat was being supplied to residential buildings.
Overall the Defence Forces repelled 12 Russian attacks during the day in the areas of Vovchansk, Vovchansk Khutory, Tykhyi, and Odradne, as well as towards Kolodiazne and Dvorichanske, according to the General Staff, adding that another 13 attacks were repelled in the villages of Stepova Novoselivka, Borivska Andriivka and towards Petropavlivka, Kurylivka and Pishchane.
