Fox News published a lengthy interview in which US President Donald Trump was questioned on a variety of different topics that are currently making the headlines.
Trump started by saying that: “This is the greatest period of anything we have ever seen – we have to go back to the old system – when we have good news, the market should go up, when we have bad news the market should go down – we’ll take care of inflation as it comes.”
According to Trump, America can grow at 15 percent, which interviewer Larry Kudlow questioned as it was a large number, but Trump replied: “Larry, you can do it!”
“It’s just a paper charge,” Trump said, continuing: “When you think about it, it’s a paper charge – we should have the lowest interest rate in the world.”
When questioned on current instabilities, Trump said: “I settled eight wars, and of the eight wars, at least six were settled because of tariffs – in other words, I said, “If you don’t settle this war, I’m going to charge you tariffs because I don’t want to see people getting killed.””
Talking about India and Pakistan, Trump stated: “It would have been a nuclear war, in my opinion, they were really going for it – ten planes were shot down, they were going at it.”
According to Trump: “The Prime Minister of Pakistan said President Trump saved at least 10 million lives when he got us to stop fighting – they were going to go nuclear, in my opinion, without tariffs.”
With just a short comment on the White House ballroom, Trump said: “I’m building something right now in the White House – one of the greatest ballrooms – so desperately needed, anywhere in the world.”
Kudlow then led Trump’s comments towards the Minnesota fraud: “Take a look at Minnesota,” Trump said: “So, we think that it’s at least $19 billion fraud, medical, every fraud.
“Somalia has come in here – what they’ve done to our country, these people, they’ve come into our country, and what they’ve done with that fake congresswoman [Ilhan Omar], she’s so bad.”
Getting to the main topic of Iran, Trump said: “I think they want to make a deal – I think they’d be foolish if they didn’t.
“We took out their nuclear power last time, and we’ll have to see if we take out more this time, [but] I know one thing, they want to make a dal, they wouldn’t talk to anybody else, but they’re talking to me.
“It’s got to be a good deal: no nuclear weapons, no missiles, no this, no that, all the different things you want,” Trump said.
