Suspicion was declared against a 33-year-old operator of the Kharkiv District TCC and SP, whom the investigation considers involved an unauthorised interference with the state register of military conscripts.
According to the investigation, in July 2025, the man unreasonably removed four men from the wanted list using his own access key to the “Oberig” system, which was reported on February 25 by the Special Prosecutor’s Office of the Eastern Region and the Kharkiv Regional Police.
“It was established that on July 2, 2025, he used his own electronic access key and unreasonably removed a conscript born in 1997 from the wanted list, knowing for sure that the latter had not been delivered to the TCC and the SP, and later, during July 2025, he repeatedly committed similar actions against three more people,” the Prosecutor’s Office wrote.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, in each case, he unjustifiably canceled military registration violations without bringing individuals to administrative responsibility.
A 33-year-old man was reported on suspicion of unauthorised alteration of information processed in an automated system, the police wrote, noting that this article provides for imprisonment for a term of three to six years with the deprivation of the rights to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
