One person died and 15 others were injured, including a child, after Russia launched an Iskander M missile strike on a gas station using a cluster warhead.
Rescue services attended the scene to deal with the hazards including work to wash away spilled fuel using water and air-mechanical foam to prevent fires, while specialists and pyrotechnic teams of the Rescue Service ensured the area was made safe, working alongside Medics and the Red Cross volunteers who provided assistance to the injured, according to the head of the OVA.
