Eighteen injured following attacks on Kherson in the past day

Russia continued to target the Kherson TPP yesterday in an attempt to destroy the facility, with at least five hits recorded over the day, and the fourth attack in February, reported Naftogaz.

As a result of a morning attack on February 7 in the Dnieper district of Kherson, at least six civilians were injured, according to Head of the Regional State Administration Alexander Produkin.

Initial reports indicated that three women were injured near a store and were treated at the scene, while three other victims, a woman and two men, had been transported to hospital.

Russia shelled the Dnieper district of Kherson again this afternoon, causing a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to a 72-year-old woman, reported Produkin, later noting that a 93-year-old man was also hospitalised with mine explosive injuries.

Ten civilians were injured, while damage was caused to buildings and a medical facility yesterday, according to reports.

In Antonivka, a 45-year-old was injured in the leg by shrapnel from a drone attack; a drone hit a house in Rozliv causing concussions and mine-explosive injuries to a 60-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman.

An evacuation vehicle and civilians were caught in an artillery attack in Beryslav, injuring a 57-year-old volunteer driver and three local residents aged 75, 71 and 80, who were diagnosed with shrapnel injuries, concussions, and traumas, while explosives dropped from a drone onto a scheduled bus stop where a bus was parked caused serious injuries to a 39-year-old driver.
