Donetsk, Ukraine: KABs and drones cause damage and injuries in the region

Yesterday morning as residents were just waking up around 5am, Russia struck a 9-story building in Kramatorsk, while also damaging nearby residential buildings, a kindergarten and infrastructure during the attack.

Later at 10:10am, Russia struck Kramatorsk again, with the bomb hitting the road in the city centre, damaging three more multi-story buildings and a post office.

Among the injured in Kramarorsk is a correspondent for the Inter TV channel, Igor Levenok, who was staying with a crew in a house near where the Russian aerial bomb hit, causing a shrapnel wound to Igor’s left hand.

The number of injured in Kramatorsk had risen to four by yesterday evening, reported the Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Vadym Filashkin.

According to Filashkin, an 18-year-old girl and three men were among the victims, as the OVA noted that damage had been caused to 20 multi-story buildings, an infrastructure facility and 20 nearby cars.

Filashkin reported this morning that two people had died in the Kramatorsk and Alexseevo-Druzhkivka communities as a result of Russian attacks, while six injured were from Kramatorsk, and another injured was from Alekseevo-Druzhkivka.

Over the past 24 hours, Donetsk Police received reports of attacks on Kramatorsk, Alekseevo-Druzhkivka, Raygorodok and Ochertine, notably dropping three aerial bombs on Kramatorsk.
