Head of the Regional State Administration Alexander Ganja reported that Russia struck the region 60 times yesterday, using artillery, drones, and the Grad multiple launch rocket system.
A 74-year-old man was injured in the Nikopol region, suffering a shrapnel wound as a result, while housing, businesses, administrative buildings, a cathedral and an educational institution were damaged.
Damage was caused to a transport company in the Verbivska community of Pavlagrad, while an infrastructure object was damaged in the Yuriivska community, and infrastructure was damaged in the Zelendolska and Grushivska communities of Kryvyi Rih.
Another 16 strikes using various weapons were reported by Ganja during the evening, noting that damage was caused to infrastructure due to hits in the Yuriivska and Verbkivska communities.
Strikes also damaged a dozen private homes, outbuildings and a store in the Nikopol region, as strikes were noted on the Nikopol, Mirovska, Pokrovska, Manganivska and Chervonhryhorivska communities, but no casualties were reported.
