Israeli settler leader and finance minister Bezalel Smotrich, who approves the stealing of land by force, the demolishing of 50 shops or more this past week in Jerusalem, and displacing millions of Palestinians, is pissed off because a few Israelis got sanctioned.
“European hypocrisy is reaching new heights. No one will force upon the State of Israel, by coercion, a policy of national suicide. The attempt to turn the national conflict against Palestine terrorism into a criminal matter will fail,” he said.
Smotrich said he had placed a plan on the Prime Minister’s desk to transfer strategic areas in Judea and Samaria from Areas A and B to Area C, and in response to the move, Smotrich also called on the PM to convene a cabinet meeting on Tuesday night to approve the plan.
“Judea and Samaria are Israel’s security belt, and the time has come to make it clear to the world that anyone who tries to weaken our hold on them will receive the opposite result,” he said, adding: “We will continue to strengthen the settlements, deepen our hold on the Land of Israel, and fight terrorism without fear.”
