At least four explosions occurred around 7am in Kharkiv, when a strike occurred on the Slobodisky district, reported Mayor Igor Terekov.
According to the Head of the Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov, no casualties were reported as a result of the attack.
After the explosions, one of the metro branches failed, but the traffic soon resumed, with intervals between trains increased to 20 minutes, reported the press service of the municipal enterprise.

Last night Kharkiv City came under attack from Russian Tornado-S rockets, with at least two impacts recorded from three launches that took place from Belgorod.
Two of the rockets reportedly struck near or in Ruska Lozova, while the 3rd may have impacted near the forest northwest of Tsyrkuny.
According to the 16 Army Corps, the Defence Forces eliminated 45 occupiers yesterday, while destroying or damaging 112 units of Russian military equipment, noting that Russia carried out 4 airstrikes and 175 artillery strikes on positions and populated areas.
