Following a Russian attack on the Kyrykivska community, a 68-year-old woman died, while her 42-year-old son, 40-year-old daughter-in-law, and their two sons aged 7 and 15, were injured.
In a neighbouring house, a 79-year-old woman and a 54-year-old man were injured, reported the Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
Russia attacked 20 times in 15 populated areas of 14 territorial communities of the region, causing damage to: a civilian infrastructure object and non-residential premises in Konotop; civil infrastructure objects and a passenger car in Shostka; a civilian infrastructure object in Yampil; a civilian infrastructure object in Znob-Novgorod; civilian infrastructure objects in Khutir-Mikhailovskaya; civilian infrastructure in Sumy; private residential buildings in Nedrigayliv; and private residential buildings and a civilian infrastructure object, while outbuildings were destroyed.
