DONETSK MORNING REPORT – Oct 18

Six residents were wounded as a result of Russian strikes over the past day in the Donetsk region, according to Governor Vadym Filashkin in a morning summary that also updated information about two civilians who had been wounded in Hryshyne, Pokrovsk, as a result of an attack on Octoberr 16.

Druzhkivka was struck with three FAB-250 bombs and two FPV drones causing injuries to three civilians and damaging 10 apartment buildings, 1 private house, an educational institution and four civilian vehicles.

A drone strike on the highway near Privillia in the Kramatorsk community resulted in three civilians being injured, while Kostiantynivka was attacked with three FPV drones that caused damage to four apartment buildings, and two Molniya-2 UAVs caused damage to a garage in Kramatorsk.

Russia struck Mykolaivka with an Italmas drone which damaged two private houses, while also attacking Lvivka of the Oleksandrivka community with a Lancet drone that caused damage to three private houses.

According to Filashkin, Russia carried out 2,143 strikes along the frontline and residential areas, with 10 settlements coming under fire, damaging 31 civilian objects including 20 residential buildings.
