As of 3:30am this morning, there were reports of the consequences of the Russian attack on the districts of Darnystkyi, Desnyanskyi, Dniprovskyi, Pecherskyi, and Shevchenkivskyi.
Three people were initially reported injured, according to the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Tymur Tkachenko.
Damage was caused to a 25-story building and a 5-story building in Darnytsia, while a fire broke out that caused destruction at a warehouse facility.
There was also damage to a non-residential building in Desnyanskyi, while remnants of two objects fell in an open area of Dniprovskyi, but the blast wave damaged the territory of a kindergarten along with a 5-story building.
Damage was caused to a gas station, along with parked cars, a power line and a nearby building in Pecherskyi, while a 22-story residential building was damaged in Shevchenskyi after a fire broke out.
Reports from mappers, Ukrainian monitor channels and other OSINT trackers, suggested that impacts had occurred on Kyiv’s CHP-4 and CHP-5, which caused a fire to break out at the CHP-4 plant, while two Zircon missiles were used at the 750kV substation which supplies the Rivne nuclear plant.
Other reports also suggested there were impacts at the THP-3 in Kyiv, which came under target later in the morning, along with other infrastructure in the capital, but this plant is only used for industrial and railway purposes.
Kyiv remained under alert for the night, as drones continued to penetrate the airspace, checking out areas around Boryspil, before incoming X-22 missiles fired from a TU22 bomber targeted and impacted on the Trypillya TPP, looking to put the plant completely out of use.
Kharkiv City Mayor Igor Terekov stated that it was necessary to drain the heat carrier for 820 buildings that were supplied by one of the largest thermal power stations as a result of Russian attacks on the TEC-5.
Attacks in Kharkiv had been ongoing for more than 3 hours, with strikes targeting the energy infrastructure, while there was likely to be transportation disruptions during morning business hours.
Trackers and monitors suggested that the Kharkiv TEC-5 Power Plant had been hit by at least 4 Iskander-M missiles from Taganrog, while Russia also used Tornado MLRS from Belgorod.
An emergency situation at energy supply facilities also left all of the Izium and Balaklia communities without power, reported the local municipal authorities.
Head of the Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov stated that a 79-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction, and a 22-year-old man was hospitalised, following a drone strike in Dergachi.
Following an impact of KAB guided aerial bombs in the suburbs of Kharkiv in the early hours of the morning, a 27-year-old and 58-year-old man sought medical attention, reported Sinegubov.
Odessa came under attack by drones launched from Crimea, which targeted the Chernomorka 110kV electrical substation in Chornomorsk, as trackers noted around 7 impacts and 2 interceptions, citing Ukrainian monitors.
Zaporizhzhia’s energy infrastructure also came under attack overnight, with Geran-2 drones targeting the Dnipro Hydroelectric Power Plant in the city.
Just on the other side of the regional border in Dnipropetrovsk, the Prydniprovska TPP had been targeted by multiple Iskander-M missiles earlier in the evening, followed by Geran-2 drones that finished the damage.
Head of the Regional State Administration Alexander Ganja reported this morning that a fire broke out last night as a result of the attack, while damages were noted to an infrastructure facility, two private residences, a three-story residential building, and a dormitory.
Falling debris resulted in a car catching fire and a private residence being damaged in the Slobozhansky community of the Dnipro district.
Russia attacked Synelnykove and the surrounding area, causing a fire to break out, while also damaging infrastructure, a private enterprise, a garage, and a car.
FPV drones and artillery caused damage to 4 private houses, 3 outbuildings, infrastructure, and a garage in the Nikopol district, Ganja added, noting that there were no injuries in any of the attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Hits were recorded on two multi-story buildings in the Zarichny district of Sumy, according to Acting Mayor Artem Kobzar.
One building was hit on the 7th floor, which damaged the heat supply and broke windows, while in the other, there was a hit on the 4th floor, with damage to the balcony and windows, as a fire also broke out, but there were no casualties at both sites.
An attack on the Konotop community caused damage to a private residential building where a fire broke out, while three people that were rescued suffered from severe stress reactions.
As dawn began to break, explosions were reported in Vinnytsia, most likely around the Ladyzyn power plant, which was targeted by a group of Kalibr missiles fired from a ship in the Black Sea.
Other missiles also flew towards Vinnytsia, including 3 pairs of Kalibr missiles that targeted the 750kV power plant that is to the southeast of Vinnytsia.
Explosions also rang out in Cherkasy, as the TPP in the region likely came under fire from X101 cruise missiles that had been fired by Russian strategic bombers, while Kalibrs targeted energy infrastructure around the Uman district..
